Want to Return an Item?

Please note we have a strict 14 Day returns Policy

Returns Period

Returning Goods are allowed within a 14 day period from Sale – no Returns will be accepted outside of this time

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 48 hours of it being delivered to you.

Damaged Delivery

Should you require to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition. There will be a restocking charge of 20% of the goods returned. If you require Super Ceramics to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

Proof Of Faulty Items

We may ask for a photograph of the faulty product. We will collect the product at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.

Collection Procedure

Condition of Returned Items

Should you require to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition. If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Super Ceramics reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods. If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
