Did you know that delivering goods on a pallet is very different from any other type of delivery you may receive, such as a parcel or package?
As a result of the scale and weight, to successfully complete a delivery it often requires specialist equipment and if not executed correctly, could put you or our driver at risk.
It is important to remember that our delivery rules are governed by strict health and safety guidelines, to enable you to receive the highest quality service in the safest manner possible.

Considerations
- Are there access restrictions that may hinder a heavy goods vehicle (equal size to that of a bin wagon) delivering your purchase?
- Should your delivery driver be aware of a narrow access road, low overhead cables or trees?
- Is the delivery area a solid, flat surface free from obstacles?
- Is there somewhere for your delivery driver to park i.e., is the location free of parking restrictions?

We offer free Uk Mainland* Delivey on all orders meeting out £300 minimum order value.
As you are well aware – our products are heavy Orders under £300 and over 20kg in weight will be charged a £25 delivery fee
Postcode Restrictions do apply such as Scottish Highlands where our costs for shipping may be more costly. If you are unsure of your area delievery charges – please contact us before placing your order and ensure we have the correct information. For areas outside the UK Mainland such as Northern Ireland and other offshore areas – please contact us before ordering.
